There’s been a spot of luck in Leicester recently as a mystery man won £68,000 in the local Grosvenor Casino.
The local resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, scored big playing the Ultimate Texas Hold’em game one evening. Ultimate Texas Hold’em is a derivative of poker that requires players to seek the best five-card poker hand from a combination of seven cards.
The man is a regular at the casino and enjoys playing various poker games available at the venue. On the night he won, he played a £1 bet during the game which led to the astounding £68k jackpot. Once he realised that he won, the casino erupted in celebration and the man couldn’t believe he had secured such an incredible jackpot.
This mystery local has already planned out how to spend the £68,000. He has purchased a nice new camper van, with his eyes set on road trip adventures this Summer.
