The housebuilder is hosting a preview exhibition at Rothley Court Hotel in Westfield Lane between 3pm and 7pm this Thursday (21 November).
Visitors will be able to access information about the first homes to be released for sale in January next year, as well as guide prices, home specifications and details about the development layout.
Vistry is to build the new homes across two parcels within Broadnook Garden Village, with the housebuilder’s detailed plans for 115 properties approved by Charnwood Borough Council in May and for a further 127 homes in June.
The Bovis Homes properties will include a range of high specification two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes for sale, with 28 homes being provided as affordable housing available for local people through affordable rent, shared ownership or discounted sale.
Adrian Wood, sales director for Vistry South Central Midlands, said: “This preview exhibition represents a fantastic opportunity for local people and house-hunters to come along to find out more about exactly what Vistry is doing at Broadnook Garden Village and the luxury houses that will be among the first homes for sale.
“People can come along to Rothley Court Hotel on Thursday 21 November or register their details online to be kept aware of the latest progress within this new garden village which is in a great location just to the south of Rothley and with easy access to Leicester.
“Our design will deliver an exemplary housing development that is sensitive to the surrounding setting, has a strong emphasis on landscape and will provide stunning street scenes and a wonderful environment for future residents and visitors. We have started work on the project and the build schedule should see us open a new sales cabin on site next year, and show homes shortly after.”
Broadnook Garden Village has been planned to deliver 1,950 new homes alongside land for employment use, a new local centre, supermarket, and primary school. The masterplan also includes an assisted living retirement village and a care home, as well as sports facilities, open spaces, play areas, and allotments.
