Viral comedian Alyssa Kyria is bringing her hilarious ‘The Funny Mummy’ show to the Big Difference in Leicester.
The show, taking place at the city’s Big Difference Venue as part of Leicester Comedy Festival has been designed with parents in mind and includes jokes and songs about everything from pregnancy to play dates, whatsapp groups to school runs.
Alyssa Kyria has performed comedy to thousands of parents across the country including the West End, and her comedy music videos and sketches have gone viral on Netmums and Facebook. She has also starred on BBC, ITV and Sky.
Speaking about her comedy, the mum of one said: “most parents want to feel like it’s not just them that has no idea what they are doing” and it isn’t! Children don’t come with a manual, we are all winging it.
“I’m on a mission to spread laughs and truths about parenting to the world, and to lift the spirits of anyone else who feels like a failure for ‘doing it wrong’.”

The Funny Mummy Show is taking place at Leicester’s Big Difference Venue on Saturday 24th February, at 8pm.
