The Fiji-born singer, who has released over 70 albums and singles, will be joined by a talented ensemble, including Indian Idol star Kiran Vinkar on flute and renowned guitarist Rishi Shankar. This Leicester performance marks the opening night of his Heart to Heart UK tour, which will also visit Birmingham, Hertfordshire, and London.
Based in Mumbai, Tappoo has recently been honoured with two prestigious Indian music awards. With over 1,100 concerts performed worldwide, he is a familiar face to fans around the globe.

Tappoo’s philanthropic efforts have earned him the Fiji Presidential Medal and the USA Presidential Volunteer Service Medal.
“I’m thrilled to share these devotional songs with a UK audience,” said Mr. Tappoo. “I’m looking forward to performing bhajans for both long-time fans and those experiencing my music for the first time.”
The Leicester concert will take place on Friday, February 14, at Sanatan Mandir, Weymouth Street. Tickets are £20 and can be purchased via Eventbrite, with children under 10 attending for free. After Leicester, the tour will continue in West Bromwich, Potters Bar, and Hounslow before heading to Europe.
