Leicester Highcross launches its Valentine’s ‘Win the Window’ competition

One lucky shopper is in with a chance of winning over £900 worth of prizes at Leicester’s Highcross shopping centre, all in the name of love.

Launched to mark Valentine’s Day this Wednesday (February 14), shoppers can bag a window full of prizes from top retailers like Body Shop, The Perfume Shop and Tamatanga, as well as John Lewis & Partners, Ann Summers and Flying Tiger Copenhagen, among others, as part of the ‘Win the Window’ competition.

Taking place between February 12-23, shoppers are invited to scan the QR code on the window – located on the lower mall, opposite Millie’s Cookies – and enter their email to be in with a chance of winning the Valentine’s bundle.

The prize includes a Valentine’s chocolate box from Hotel Chocolat, worth £25, an Infinity bracelet from Beaverbrooks worth £49 and a meal for two at Indian restaurant Tamatanga, worth £50.

Commenting on the centre’s Valentine’s Day activities, Jo Tallack, senior general manager at Highcross, said: “Thanks to our generous retailers and eateries, we’re excited to kick-start our Valentine’s Day celebrations with the launch of out Win the Window competition, where one lucky shopper can take home some fantastic prizes. Think of the gifts as our belated Valentine’s Day treat, whether you’re enjoying them yourself or sharing them with someone special.

“And on the day itself, we’re surprising shoppers with some sweet treats throughout the day, alongside a love heart-themed spot, located near Next, and a series of short performances from a talented hoop performer, which you can enjoy in-between a spot of shopping. There’s plenty to get you in the mood for love at Highcross, so stop by and take part in our Valentine’s Win the Window competition and make this Valentine’s Day one to remember.”
