Two Melton Mowbray residents are celebrating after scooping £30,000 each on the People’s Postcode Lottery.
The residents, who both chose to remain anonymous, have scooped a prize in the competition thanks to their postcode, LE13 0DZ, being announced as a winner in the draw made on Saturday (March 4).
They live in the Leicester Road area of the town.
Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt said: “Congratulations to our lucky winners in Melton Mowbray.
“I hope they both enjoy celebrating the win and have lots of fun treating themselves with the cash.”
The People’s Postcode Lottery costs £10 a month to play and there are guaranteed winners every day.
People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
