Titled “Creative Pathways: Industry Insights for Music Professionals”, the event promises a dynamic programme of sessions led by leading industry figures, covering topics such as YouTube fanbase building, event promotion, music marketing, artist rights, and the evolving role of AI in music.

The day will open with Alexandra Ampofo, a prominent Live Music Promoter at Metropolis Music (Live Nation UK), who will demystify the world of live event promotion—sharing real insights into working with global acts like Tyla and Tommy Richman.

Following this, Chrissie Niestroj, a seasoned artist manager and former BIMM University lecturer, will guide attendees through strategies to grow a YouTube fanbase and build a sustainable online presence.

The conversation then shifts toward the future with Thomas Akintan, co-founder of Avalon Insights, who will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping music creation, production, and business models.

Leading music publicist Lisa Marie Boateng, recently named Best Publicist of 2025, will offer actionable advice on PR and marketing in the music space, while Jusnah Gadi, founder of Young Music Boss, will close the speaker lineup with a powerful session on artist empowerment and understanding legal rights in the industry.

The event will also feature 1:1 sessions, Q&A opportunities, and dedicated time for networking among attendees, providing direct access to professionals and peers alike. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.

This initiative is supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
