Sir Geoff Hurst famously scored a hat-trick when England’s men’s team won their only World Cup in 1966, beating Germany 4-1 in the final.

All monies raised from the prize draw will go to The Bridge Homelessness to Hope to support people who are experiencing homelessness in Leicester.

To be in with a chance of winning the signed shirt, entrants must make a minimum donation of £5 to The Bridge Homelessness to Hope via Enthuse at https://thebridgehomelessnesstohope.enthuse.com/cf/win-a-signed-geoff-hurst-football-shirt.

For every £5 donation made, the donor will get one entry into the prize draw that will be chosen at random at 12pm on Friday 31 May 2024. The winner will be announced on the charity’s social media platforms and website later that day.

David Fawcett, Chief Executive of The Bridge Homelessness to Hope, said: “It’s far from being ‘all over now’ as people have until the end of May to enter the prize draw and be in with a chance of winning this amazing signed shirt, a part of English football history. Thanks so much to Bettinsons Kitchens for gifting the shirt and we hope that people will give generously to a great cause to try and win it.”

Based on Melton Street in Leicester, The Bridge Homelessness to Hope offers a range of specialist services to people experiencing homelessness in the city including mentoring and mental health & wellbeing support.
